Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Front Desk-Tenant Coordinator for a Commercial Property Management company in Newport Beach.
This position is a temporary contract, full-time. It could be temp-hire if it was the right fit for you and the company.
Approximate length is 2-3 months.
This is an immediate start
Front Desk
Tenant liaison coordinating any tenant requests/concerns (mostly via email),
Working with on-site staffing (engineers, janitorial, security), maintaining office (supplies, etc.)
Answer, transfer, and make calls when necessary
Answer emails from tenants and vendors quickly and efficiently
A proficient understanding of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Working knowledge of Zoom
Previous experience with Angus and Nexus, preferred but not required
Work directly with on-site property manager and other staff
This position pays $26.00 per hour
